Founded in 1998, Northwest Registered Agent is a family-owned and operated registered agent and filing service. They began as a registered agent service and expanded their offerings to include business formation, compliance, legal forms and virtual office services. Compared to Bizee, Northwest Registered Agent is notably more expensive, and offers less premium features overall.

While Bizee offers three LLC packages, Northwest Registered Agent only offers a basic package. LLC formation costs $225 plus state filing fees and an additional $125 per year for registered agent service. Their business identity package is another unique feature.
